The Littelfuse SM15KPA-HRA High Reliability Series is a surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from lightning-induced surges and other transient voltage events. Housed in the compact SPD4-1 package, the device provides industry-leading 15 kW peak pulse protection and is engineered for demanding aerospace, aviation, eVTOL, and high-reliability electronic applications.
Designed to meet stringent environmental and reliability requirements, the SM15KPA-HRA offers excellent clamping performance, low incremental surge resistance, and robust ESD and EFT protection. With a typical short-circuit failure mode under overstress conditions and extensive reliability testing, it helps ensure continuous protection of critical circuits and power lines.
