Macronix e•MMC™ memory combines advanced NAND Flash technology, intelligent controller design, and optimized firmware to deliver high-capacity, high-reliability embedded storage solutions. Leveraging Macronix’s extensive experience in non-volatile memory design and in-house NAND Flash manufacturing, the e•MMC family provides a managed Flash solution that simplifies system development while improving storage reliability and longevity.
Designed for embedded applications requiring dependable data integrity and long service life, Macronix e•MMC™ memory integrates MLC or TLC NAND Flash and a controller into a compact BGA package with a standard JEDEC e•MMC 5.1 interface. Advanced memory management functions such as wear-leveling, bad block management, error correction, health monitoring, and proactive power-loss protection help maximize system availability while reducing maintenance requirements.
Available in densities from 2GB to 32GB and offered in both consumer and industrial temperature grades, Macronix e•MMC™ memory is well suited for industrial, communications, networking, infotainment, and embedded computing applications.
