The Vishay SIP324xx is a programmable electronic fuse (e-Fuse) designed to provide intelligent power protection and system monitoring for modern electronic power rails. Unlike traditional fuses, the SIP324xx actively monitors and controls power delivery by managing current, voltage, power, and temperature conditions in real time.
By controlling an integrated power MOSFET, the SIP324xx can quickly disconnect loads when fault conditions occur, protecting both upstream power sources and downstream circuitry.
